If there’s a way you can reach more people willing and capable of investing in your property, then don’t be afraid to go that route!

Tip #3: Choose the Right Agent

If you’re aiming to be a successful property development company, you’ve got to be certain that the people you’re working with are suited to your goals. This means choosing your agents with care and asking if they do have experience selling the kind of properties you are selling, and if they do have a successful track record in the area you are selling?
