   dear sir/madam.
   can you please advice me on the approriate action and body to take my complaint to?i purchaced ready mixed concrete in 25kg bags from a local hardware store.i am sorry to say that it would seem that i was done in in the sense that i see no cement with the sand and stone.as the mixture cures it blows away in the wind or falls of the wall.if you rub your hand over the place of repair the stuff crumbles and blows away.it is in the least to say an inferior product for which i am expected to pay good money!
